Who we are

US Church Insure is a brand of Provident Financial Group, a licensed independent insurance agency. This policy explains how we handle information collected through uschurchinsure.com and the quote, coverage review, and contact forms on it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, role, organization name and type, mailing state, email address, telephone number, current carrier, renewal date, and the underwriting details you enter in our quote, coverage review, or contact forms — for example building ownership, average weekly attendance, membership, annual revenue, number of employees, programs you operate, and any documents you choose to upload.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we ask that you not send sensitive identifiers such as full Social Security numbers or financial account numbers by unencrypted email.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and present insurance quotes, submit applications to insurance carriers and wholesalers on your behalf, service and renew policies we place, respond to your questions and service requests, maintain records required of a licensed agency, and improve the content and performance of this website.

How we share your information

To quote and place coverage we share the information you provide with insurance carriers, managing general agents, wholesale brokers, and premium finance companies. Those companies use the information under their own privacy practices and, where applicable, their own state insurance-privacy obligations.

We also share information with service providers who host our website, email, and agency management systems under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with regulators, auditors, or other parties when required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

Calls, texts, and consent (TCPA)

When you submit a quote, coverage review, or contact request and check the consent box, you authorize Provident Financial Group and its licensed agents to contact you at the telephone number you provide — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and by SMS text message — about your request, your quotes, and your coverage. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, tell the agent you speak with, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or call us at 1-866-964-6660. Withdrawing consent does not affect communications we must send to service an active policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember form progress, measure traffic, and understand which pages are useful. Analytics providers may set their own cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking them may affect how parts of the site function.

Some marketing links carry campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) so we can see which sources send visitors to the site. This information is used in aggregate.

How long we keep information

Quote submissions, applications, and policy records are retained for the period required by insurance regulations, our carrier agreements, and applicable statutes of limitation — generally several years after a quote is declined or a policy ends. Website analytics data is retained on a shorter schedule.

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls limited to staff who need it, and review of the vendors who process data on our behalf. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and information you send us by ordinary email travels outside our controls.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, request that we stop marketing to you, and ask how we have shared your information. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy law; we honor verified requests from those residents without discrimination.
